Petitcodiac River Bike Tour

Sentinelles Petitcodiac Riverkeeper (SPR) is offering guided BIKE tours along the Petitcodiac River this summer. ?

You will learn about the river’s history and ecological importance while biking directly next to the beautiful chocolate river. We’ve carefully designed these tours to show you every important aspect of the river, from its rich Acadian and Mi’kmaq culture to the phenomenal natural values.

Our guides will lead you along the Petitcodiac River and explain how the river has gone from one of the most endangered rivers in Canada to one of the most successful stories of restoration. ?

We also provide tools to be actively involved in creating a healthy ecosystem in your neighbourhood. You might receive native plant seeds, indigenous plants or trees to plant in your yard and instructions on how to continue caring for their natural environment.
